Meadows Bed and Breakfast Services
offered by Lynn and Del Mottaz

"Been there, done that", is not enough! It should become "I am there and I'm doing it." This may be a little confusing but the message is there for you. Let's you do it and let us assist you in making your dream come true.

We have had the honor of being instrumental in a number of bed and breakfast success stories and would like to help you get started with your own.

We have experienced all of the bed and breakfast fields. We started with the management job of a city owned 11 room historic bed and breakfast - absolutely beautiful, and then created the field of professional innsitting and started the organization of P.I.A. (Professional Innsitters Association) This organization had innsitters in most areas around the United States and became a wonderful tool for the bed and breakfast field. The field of innsitting or as it is now called, Interim Innkeepers, educates a person in every area of operating a b & b and is one of the best ways to become informed.

We have had the opportunity to be presenters at many national, state, and regional conferences and have been fortunate to be presented with the 'Presidential Award' for education and innovation in the bed and breakfast field.

Lynn and Del Mottaz

Lynn has authored two manuals that are a benefit to innkeepers and innsitters and has continued to be in touch with

Morning Glory Bed and Breakfast
Morning Glory Bed and Breakfast

The class held in June at the Morning Glory Bed and Breakfast in Grand Rapids, MN was attended by people interested in becoming professional innsitters. This class is a wonderful opportunity to learn the business from the inside and decide if you really want to become owners of a bed and breakfast.

If innsitting is your forte, we set an outline of the steps needed to become involved in this position. The most important point we make is to join your state association and above all join the Interim Innkeepers Association for further outreach.

If you are interested in knowing how to aspire to become innkeepers, please just send an email and we will set up a private consultation or possibly arrange a class at a bed and breakfast in your area. We strongly encourage getting the background needed to become a success in this field. So many people start out without the knowledge and preparation needed and become disillusioned after opening their doors.

Don't let that happen to you.

Former Class Attendee Quotes:

Even though we intend to be innkeepers, this was thought provoking and helpful. Thanks!

Thank you for the time you spent with us. You are a wealth of knowledge and information. Our heads are spinning and our smiles extending from ear to ear.

This seminar helped us see the difference between the dream of owning a b & b and the realities of ownership. We are grateful to figure this out before we got further into the process of buying a bed and breakfast. Amanda and Steve

Lynn and Del - Thanks so much for the manual and I am sure it will be a big help. We are starting the financial investment and we are looking forward to our own b & b. We will keep you informed. The best part was the 'hands on' demonstrations. In Christ's love, Sheryl

The class was inspiring and practical, thanks so much. Michelle
