Innkeeping - All aspects of owning and running a successful inn including marketing, sales, operations, housekeeping, and restaurant management. Experienced in cooking for a crowd and have a restaurant manager's license.

Computer Operations including online reservation systems and accounting software. Thirty-five years spent in the computer business before becoming an innkeeper. Can recommend systems, hardware and software that will be right for you and your clients' needs.

Consulting in pre- and/or post-purchase/sale phases of inn acquisition including:

• Evaluation of existing inn for purchase: Financials; Internet visibility; location; history; future growth potential; current quality standards vs. future needs.
• Developing a business plan for purchase financing: Cash flow; occupancy potential; Pro Forma for five (5) year plan.
• Training for computer and general operations, marketing, sales, and maintenance.
• Interior design and decorating for business & leisure travelers: Evaluate requirements to attract guests based upon market segments that will mean success.
• Internet advertising and promotion: 85% of my business for 10 years came from the Internet with over 700 hooks into sites from A-Z.
• Research your location and evaluate the potential of your site for small meetings, reunions, and weddings. Target marketing planning and implementation.
• Web site review and evaluation of current Internet marketing relative to your competition.
• ertified Green Lodging Assessor, State of Florida, Dept. of Environmental Protection.  Learn how becoming “Green” can:   improve your marketing exposure, save money on energy efficient and water conserving products, reduce waste disposal costs; and conserve natural resources. 

Project Management Facilitation is available from the search through the move-in of your inn. Pricing is based upon particular job required with packages available for pre- and post-purchase or sale. Many times, work can be done remotely with both parties providing information and data.
