Innkeeping Hands-On Workshop
Entry and Intermediate Level Course

BBI conducts the original 3-day hands-on workshop for interim innkeepers (innsitters). The workshop is also for aspiring innkeepers who want to experience the day-to-day routine of innkeeping before purchase. The workshop focuses on the duties and responsibilities of the daily schedule of innkeeping.

Apprenticeships
Spend a week-long "working vacation" one-on-one with the innkeepers at the Candlelight Inn (www.candlelightinn.com) in California's reknowned Napa Valley. Get a chance to experience innkeeping first-hand and in-depth. Your schedule includes plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and unsurpassed wine tasting & tours, restaurants, and shopping in this world-famous destination. Optional activities include hot-air balloon rides, massage & spa services, bicycle tours, horseback riding, the Wine Train, and a visit to Copia, the American Center for Wine, Food, and the Arts.
