All dishes are 18th century recipes prepared on the hearth using a variety of 18th and 19th century cooking implements. Guests are invited to observe and participate in the preparation of the meal.
932 Penniman - Plymouth, Michigan- We invite you to join us for an evening with visiting Executive Chef Alvise Ballarin from the "Trattoria Laguna", a very famous fresh fish restaurant in Venice, Italy. Alvise is bringing with him wonderful Italian olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars for his signature tasting dinners.
