Dear Inngoers,
The month of March marks many monumental moments (how's that alliteration for ya?). Arguably the most monumental, for us anyway, is the long-awaited launch of the newly redesigned BBOnline! That's right, we've gone out of our way to make BBOnline more easily navigable, so now you can find exactly what you're looking for, exactly where you want it to be located.
Some of the new features on our site include a new search function with autocomplete that allows you to search by city and state, lists of top destinations and most popular special packages, and a breadcrumb navigation function that allows you to move through the site with much more ease. Not only that, but our search by region is still intact, and the map has been upgraded to a clickable flash version! Flash is exciting! Isn't it...?
Of course, these aren't the only March milestones we memorialize (love that alliteration). Many fail to realize that March 8th is International Women's Day; that Albert Einstein, Harry Houdini, and Dr. Seuss were all born in March; that the Swallows of San Juan Capistrano make their return on the 19th; or even that Uranus was discovered this month in 1781. This is because all these things seem to pale in comparison to the celebration of Ireland's patron saint, which, if only for one day, evidently makes it acceptable for others to pinch you for wearing the wrong color, for you to drink beer to the point of unconsciousness, and for the city of Chicago to transform its river into a flowing mass of Soylent Green ("The Chicago River is people!!"). I'm speaking, of course, about March 17th, St. Patrick's Day.
All things considered, though, any reason to celebrate is a welcome one, and if you're looking for a themed vacation to take this March, then there are a few choice places you may want to explore. St. Patrick's Day parades can be found in a number of cities throughout the US, and we've got B&B listings for all of them. So check out our beautiful new site, make your choice, pack your green trousers, and be prepared to imbibe impossible quantities of colored beer. Of course, if St. Patrick's Day isn't your cup o' joe, you can always celebrate the discovery of Uranus...
Sincerely,
The
Team at BBonline.com

If the last remnants of Winter weather have got you down, why not whisk yourself away to a pleasant retreat and have a pint? With locations scattered throughout the country, you may choose to celebrate in the city or in more secluded fashion. Whichever you choose, I'm sure St. Patty will appreciate the acknowledgement.

Spotlight: Salads |
 |
With Spring right around the corner, we thought it best to highlight our Salad recipes. Everyone is looking for ways to rid themselves of those holiday pounds, and salads are a crisp, refreshing way to cut down on some of the fattier, deep fried, cream filled, chocolate covered, gravy drenched, cheese encrusted foods we all hate to love. Plus, it's the season of rejuvenation, and what better way to celebrate the reemergence of greenery all around you than to pluck it up immediately and devour it? Sure, it sounds sadistic, but that is, whether you like it or not, Nature's way.
Even if you aren't typically a salad person, we've got so many scrumptious recipes that you won't be able to resist the urge to scoop up a basketful of vegetables and start tossing away. Have a look:
