 Last month, I attended
the biennial conference of the Professional Association of Innkeepers
International with CEO Randy Fought and fellow staffer Phil Roberson. I've never
met so many innkeepers in one place before, and the thing that impressed me most
was how committed these folks are to . . . you!
New or seasoned, many-room inn or small b&b, what these people wanted to
know was, 'How do I make sure my guests have a memorable stay?' and
'How can I tell more people about what makes my inn special? '
