while back one of our innkeeper members sent in the recipe for a vegetarian
dish, and we realized it was time to add a new category to our very popular
collection of Innkeeper Tested, Guest Approved Recipes. Today, we offer
nearly 45 vegetarian recipes, some strictly vegan, some more flexible, all
meatless.
You'll find several varieties of quiche, plus hot and cold soups (some made
with vegetables and some with fruit), Hummus with Tahini and even Vermont Fiddle
