| Introduction |

The owners of the Southern Breeze choose the name based on their travels in the South. The inn is a completely restored 1875 Italianate-style home located in the historic district of Wabash, Indiana. Almost all of the rooms are actually suites with a living area and kitchenette. Private baths are part of every unit and some are tiled in marble. Two new heating and cooling units, new wiring and plumbing, assure guests of the latest in comfort and convenience. Each suite has a distinct Southern theme and rates vary between $65-$85 per night. Guests have the option of a continental or full breakfast with varied menu selection. |
| The Southern Breeze is located just two blocks from the Honeywell Center, a nationally known performing arts center. Several excellent restaurants are also located nearby. The inn is also one block from the library and new Ford museum, and four blocks from the city park. |
