Policies and Information
  • Daily Rates from $99 to $139 + tax, based on double occupancy ($20 charge for each extra person in room)
  • A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation (we accept all major credit cards).
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash or checks!
  • Refundable up to 10 days before date of arrival, less $20 processing fee.
  • Exception special event weekends, (ND games & festival weekends) will require a minimum 2 night stay and observe a 30 day cancellation policy.
  • Included in our rates is a full hearty breakfast each morning and snacks in the evening. (We can accommodate special diets if known in advance)
  • Week night business person, state employees, and corporate discounted rates. Call and ask for details.
  • Holiday, special event weekend and seasonal rates may vary.
  • Check-In: 4 - 6 PM (earlier or later check-in must be prearranged with innkeeper)
  • Check-Out: 11 AM (late check-out is subject to a $25 fee)
  • Well-behaved children over 12 welcome.
  • Pets ARE welcome.
  • Indoor smoke-free environment (smoking in outside designated are). There will be a $200 cleaning fee if you choose to smoke in the guestrooms.
  • Safe and ample parking
  • Consider our gift certificates for that hard to buy for friend or relative.
