When life gets too hectic, The Patchwork Quilt Country Inn offers a great place to get away from it all! After a day of sight-seeing, enjoy an award winning dinner and snuggle down under the cozy handmade quilt in your room. After a busy day of exploring Amish Acres, Shipshewana, or one of the other Amish settlements, it is relaxing to come back to the inn, enjoy a delicious dinner and retire to one of the inn's 15 cozy rooms. Each room has a private bath and an antique bed with a handmade patchwork quilt. In the morning enjoy a full country breakfast then relax with a quiet morning stroll along our trails or visit our gift shop.

Our Restaurant has received a Five Star Award from the International Restaurant Rating Bureau Our unique home style country cooking has won several awards and a standard of excellence is maintained for meals offered at the Inn. We are proud to serve a hearty country buffet which includes our famous Buttermilk Pecan Chicken and many other delicious Amish and Mennonite regional dishes. Start your evening off with a delicious and hearty meal, with homemade dinner rolls and the inn's locally-made apple butter. Sample the regions Amish influence; Date Nut Pudding, Butter-milk Pecan Chicken, an elaborate Soup and Salad Buffet, and homemade Breads and Desserts. You can also order off of the menu. The restaurant is open February through December serving Dinner from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tues. through Sat. evening. Our schedule is more limited in January, so please call ahead. Lunch is available for groups of 15 or more by reservation only. Breakfast is served to Inn Guests every morning. The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday and some holidays - Call for dates and times. Dinner reservations not required, but suggested.
