Clem Studebaker

Clem Studebaker (pictured here) - A beautiful large suite with king sized bed, fireplace and a wonderful view of Tippecanoe Place (Studebaker mansion) The bathroom is equipped with original clawfoot tub and separate shower.

Knute Rockne - King sized four poster bed, original wool strip carpeting, large clawfoot tub w/shower, electric fireplace, marble sink and original fixtures. Private second floor balcony available only to its occupants.

James Oliver (pictured here) - Large suite with king sized bed, original curved leaded glass windows, hardwood maple floors professionally restored to their natural beauty, fireplace and very large bathroom with double airpool tub for two and shower.

Carriage House Suite (pictured here)- If you would like to add an additional layer of seclusion, then our 1912 Bavarian Tudor-style Carriage House Retreat will become your private chateau. This second floor suite is ensconced in a lush canopy of 100-year-old Oak trees situated on an acre of manicured grounds. Inside, this charming Victorian era haven has been professionally renovated to provide all the luxuries our most discerning guests seek, including a jetted marble shower, double whirlpool tub, living room with entertainment system and a full kitchen stocked with treats for every taste. Painstaking measures were taken to retain the vintage charm in this two bedroom, two-bath sanctuary. The large living room opens to a secluded, screened in veranda that is ideal for taking in a warm evening breeze over a glass of wine. With service and amenities like this, you'll soon understand exactly how the Oliver's themselves were treated.

Carriage House Suite

• Gertrude - Gertrude's room is one of the most popular rooms on the premises. The popularity of this room is the large two person whirlpool tub which was once the "private sewing room" for Gertrude Oliver Cunningham. Three doors covered in beveled mirrors form the area where Gertrude had her dresses fitted. This room has a queen sized bed.

• Schuyler Colfax - This bright and sunny room has two large corner windows with window seats offering a panoramic view of this historic one acre site. Queen sized bed.

• Vincent Bendix - This room is one of the brightest with its three large windows and sunny Southern exposure with views of the Carriage House and one acre estate. This room still contains the original pewter Queen Victoria sconces. Room has King Sized bed.

• Tippecanoe - This room features queen sized bed, Victorian sconces, shiny maple hardwood floors, and a view of the Studebaker mansion. This room features a private dressing room and large bathroom with Italian tile and double airpool tub for two.

• Guest Rates
  Guest rates are $135-$309 Sun-Thur & $160-$339 Fri-Sat. Rates are based upon double occupancy, additional $20 per person per day for additional person. Rates may be higher for special events, holidays and packages and are subject to change without prior notice. Frequent visitor and extended-stay rates available. • Payment
  Full payment, in advance, for football, Commencement, Junior Parent Weekend and other special events or one nights stay in advance for other occasions to guarantee your reservation. Payment may be made by personal check, VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

• Check In/Check Out
  Check in time is 3:00-7:00 PM. If you will not be able to check in during these hours, prior arrangements must be made so that someone will be here to greet you. Check out is 11:00 A.M.

• Cancellation Policy
  A refund will be given if cancellation is given 14 days prior to booking date. This policy applies to any shortening of stay or later date arrivals. For multiple room reservations, football weekends, commencement, Junior Parent Weekend, Freshman Orientation or other special events, no refunds will be given for cancellations. A $25.00 administration fee will be charged for any cancellation.

• Corporate Meeting Rooms and Special Functions
  Private meeting facilities, luncheons and social gatherings for our corporate clients. The Inn is ideal for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, reunions, etc. Our one acre site is an excellent location for larger, outdoor functions (tents, etc. available at additional cost).
