Ivy House Bed & Breakfast

• Rates are double occupancy/per night/per room, excluding taxes.
• Ask about our extended stay discounts.
• No minimum stays except during major events weekends (see above).

• Cash, personal or travelers checks are the preferred method of payment upon arrival.
• A 5% discount is given for cash or traveler checks. However, we do accept Master Card and Visa.
• Reservations are recommended. To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible.
• For your protection and ours, we require the first night's deposit.
• A 50% deposit for extended stays is also required.
• Deposits can be made by check or credit card (M/C or Visa).
• With the exception of full house bookings and special events, your deposit will be refunded, if we confirm cancellation 8 days prior to your stay and your room is rebooked. No shows will be charged in full.
• State and Local taxes apply*. The current Indiana Sales Tax rate is 6%. The current County Tax rate is 4%.
• 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., or by arrangement
• 11:00 a.m. (Sorry, no late check-outs available)
• The Ivy House is a totally Non-Smoking property.
• Children over 12 are welcome, but should be mentioned at time of reservation for the courtesy of the other guests of the Ivy House.
• Pets are not permitted
