A Victorian Italliannate, built circa 1850 , this Victorian Mansion features 12 foot ceilings on the first two floors.

We now offer both "Food" and "Cake and Punch Only" Receptions. So whether you want to mix and mingle a little or lot we will help make your special day everything you want it be! Please see details below.

*Outside weddings are in rear of mansion on our shaded, secluded deck with covered gazebo and brick-paver patio surrounding a Koi pond w/ waterfall and gardens. Minister's fee is $100 or you may bring your own.
Chapel Rental is for 90 minutes and includes use of all of the following: Music, decorated chapel, 2 brass candelabras brass archway, unity candles, flower-girl basket, ring bearer pillow, 3 bouquets/boutonnieres, and stand for guest book. Reception Rental with Food Includes: chairs, tables/ linens, punch/ cups, 3 tier fountain, a two or three-tier decorated wedding cake with PERSONALIZED napkins . Food Choices for reception: Choice of two sandwiches:(Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Chicken Salad) condiments included Choice of two Hors D'oeuvres:(Chicken Wings, Meatballs, Baked Beans, Cocktail wieners, Shrimp /Cocktail Sauce) Choice of Potato or Pasta Salad Cheese or Vegetable tray. Coffee, Tea and Lemonade. We do offer other food options, Please call for details. We also offer the following services: Floral, Hair and Make-Up, Photography, Limousine, Chair Covers, Harpist, Soloist. Due to past disappointments in other vendors, we do not allow outside caterers or DJ's. We provide a sound system for both the wedding and reception.
