Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a friendly conversation and homespun hospitality! The Homespun Country Inn is located in the heart of Amish Country, within walking distance of seven antique malls and craft shops. Our Queen Anne style Inn was built in 1902 by Frank and Alma Brown. We have had the pleasure of having two of their granddaughters as our guests.

We have filled our home with period pieces that we have enjoyed collecting. Some on our furnishings are family pieces but many are the "finds" of weekend antique hunting excursions! Our guests are encouraged to enjoy our front porch swing, where they may catch a passing horse and buggy. An ongoing jigsaw puzzle in the front parlor is always available for puzzle enthusiasts.

Our middle parlor provides magazines, newspapers, books of all kinds including a bookcase of cookbooks. Movie videos are also complimentary for guests' use. "Homespun Memories" gift corner offers homespun mementos and handcrafted gift items.

Our five guest rooms are furnished with antiques and are named for the origional occupants from 1902. Our rooms offer a choice of queen size, full-size or twin beds, private baths, TV/VCR, ceiling fans and central air conditioning. Weekend room rate of $79. A midweek rate of $74 is offered Monday-Thursday.

Early morning coffee and teas are available at 7:30 a.m. A full breakfast is served in the dining room each morning. We are happy to accommodate special diets or dietary needs. Just ask!! Complimentary refreshments are available in the dining room in the late afternoon. We can make dinner reservations for guests who would like to have dinner in an Amish home in the country.
