• Rate for each additional person: $25.
• Deposit of 50% of total charges, but not less than an amount equal to one night's stay, is required to secure reservation. Deposits credited to the last night of a confirmed stay. Deposit may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We require a valid credit card number to hold your accommodations.
• If it becomes necessary to cancel, please do so 7 days or more prior to arrival to avoid penalty. However, a cancellation handling fee of 20% of total booking may be applied if money is refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to scheduled stay, and we were able to re-rent the room(s), your deposit will be refunded less the 20% handling charge. Otherwise, a cancellation made 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, or a failure to arrive for your reservation, will cause any required deposits for your reservation to be charged on your credit card. Guests are responsible for room charges for any early departure.
