Thank you for considering the DeWolf-Allerdice House for your getaway! Our guests know one of our best-kept secrets. Our personalized, caring service and sumptuous complete gourmet breakfasts combined with our proximity to the excitement of downtown Indy can create quite an experience. We are confident that you will agree!
The DeWolf-Allerdice House offers three guest rooms on the second floor and an executive suite on the third floor. All are furnished in an eclectic mix of Victorian and modern era items and are named after the individuals who originally gave life to the house and grounds of the Inn and the surrounding area.
Recently restored to its original 1871 grandeur, our visitors will find an inviting blend of the Victorian past and the modern present. The DeWolf-Allerdice House started revitalizing guests in September of 1999 after hosts, Cy and Sandy, completed the first stage of the restoration of the property. The workday business traveler and the getaway weekender alike depart with refreshed spirits. Reward yourself with our Inn "therapy"!
We offer great gourmet food including sumptuous full breakfasts and early evening hospitality refreshments. Guests start the day in our dining room or out on the deck in sight of our gardens. Our goal is to whip up a memorable respite from today's fast pace and pressures. Our mix of caring service and Victorian history awaits you.
