Introduction

Built in 1922, our two-story farmhouse is located on 100 beautiful acres in rural Southern Illinois. Take pleasure in the panoramic view as you sit in an old-fashioned swing on the large wrap-around porch. We have strived to maintain the original charm and character of the farmhouse, while including as many modern amenities as possible.

Old-fashioned charm and a fresh country atmosphere await!

Inside the house you will find a nice living room, parlor, dining room, kitchen and full bath, two bedrooms downstairs (with queen beds) and three bedrooms upstairs (two with twin beds, one with a trundle bed).

The full 100 acres is yours to freely roam during your stay!

To make your stay at the inn more enjoyable, we include the following amenities:

Refrigerator stocked with bottled water, soft drinks and juices.
Kitchen stocked with cereal & breakfast items, tea, coffee
Use of the full kitchen with cooking/dining accessories
TV, DVD/VCR, and access to our video library

Guest Information

Water Valley Inn can accommodate individuals, couples, families and groups up to eight, based on double occupancy (up to eight with additional beds upstairs).
$140/night Friday - Saturday (double occupancy)
$115/night Sunday - Thursday(double occupancy)
$20/additional person
3rd consecutive night $100/night and $10/additional person
Weekly rate: $665/7nights (double occupancy) plus tax*
25% discount for clergy
Rates do not include sales tax, and are subject to change without notice.
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required prior to final confirmation of room reservations.
There is a two night minimum stay required for advance reservations on weekends. If you need last minute (within 72 hrs) accommodations of one night please call to check availability.
Cancellations will be refunded in full if cancelled 10 days prior to reserved date. If cancellation is less than 10 days prior, a full refund will be provided only if farmhouse is rented for the dates you reserved, however if farmhouse is not rented or your cancellation is not received you will be assessed a fee equaling 75% of the full rate of the days you had reserved.
