What a good question! Everlastings, as dried flowers are sometimes called, have several very distinct advantages. The gorgeous colors, textures and fragrances that are captured in your bridal bouquet for your wedding day will be there for you to enjoy in you home as you begin your new lives. You also have the luxury of making your floral selections and having them completed well in advance of your wedding day. Some of us simply must have fresh flowers! If you’re one of those couples, we’re perfectly pleased to let you choose flowers from the Walnut Grove Gardens or from the wide array available at the quality wholesale florist. If you choose silk for your wedding flowers, we use only fine quality for the most realistic results.

Our Place...
Walnut Grove Farm is a place for wonderful parties and memorable weddings. If you’d like a denim wedding in the garden or a formal wedding beneath the beams of a Civil War era barn (or anything in between), Ours is the place! Whether you are planning a hog roast or a champagne luncheon, we can make your day!

The most comfortable season for your event at the barn or gardens is May through October, but we will go with your choice (if the day is available). Call to find out about rental fees, available dates, and guidelines for using this National Register Farmstead for your reception, dinner or wedding.
