Come for a weekend of scrapbooking and get some of those projects finished. Plenty of table space, chairs and extra lighting. An entire room dedicated to selling product or sharing tools, product, etc. Six foot table in kitchen for you snacks and goodies! I take care of all trash.

WEDDINGS & RECEPTIONS (01/01/2009 thru 12/31/2009)
There have been 78 weddings at The Victorian Veranda B&B. Since I am located right off Route 20 I will only host inside weddings. I can seat 40-50 people in the dining room with the alcove a lovely setting for the bride and groom. A piano is in the dining room if needed. The reception can be almost unlimited in the summer months. I have had three for over 300 people but most average 50-150 people. Anything over 150 you need to rent a tent, tables and chairs. I can seat 75-125 informally on the veranda for smaller receptions. All food, decorations, etc. you furnish. If you plan on serving alcohol you are required to get a "One Day Liquor Liability License" through your insurance company. I have several suggestions for caterers, tents, etc. and will help in any way that I can.
COST: $75.00/hour Friday, Saturday and Sunday
$40.00/hour Monday-Thursday

Having a wedding, reunion, party or just a get together?? Book all 5 rooms for one or more consecutive nights and pay just $75.00 for each room per night. That's a savings of $110 per night. (based on 1 or 2 people per room..extra people cost just $25.00 per person/per night.) Each indiviually decorated guest room has its own private bath and includes a full homemade breakfast in the morning. Your guests can continue to visit and catch up in the comfortable living room, on the inviting veranda or even in the kitchen! OTHER DISCOUNTS (01/01/2009 thru 12/31/2009)
1. Stay 3 or more consecutive nights and receive a 10% discount.
