H I S T O R Y |
The home was built in 1863 by Peter McGeachie and in the McGeachie family until the late 1940s. In 1986 the McCoys bought the home and seven years later, on August 15, 1993, Ret's dream became a reality and the doors officially opened to The Victorian Veranda B&B. Now, 14 years later, I'm still welcoming guests from all over the world. Some of the guest rooms have been remodeled and have new beds. The gracious hospitality and bountiful breakfasts have not changed (except for some new recipes!) |
