Reservation Policies
  • The above rates are for two people on one night. $10.00 additional for children 1 - 5. $20.00 additional for persons 6 and above.
  • Holiday Rates = Weekend Rates
  • Rates include an evening snack, 24 hour access to coffee/tea/soda, and a full breakfast in the morning. A continental breakfast is served on Sunday morning.
  • Tax and Gratuities not included.
  • For all of our guests' comfort and safety, we do not allow pets, smoking, or alcoholic beverages in the building.
  • Check-in: 3:30-7:30. Checkout: 11:30. Call to arrange a later check-in if needed. No one is in the office on Sunday. Calls are forwarded to a cell phone.
  • We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancelled reservations, regardless of the reason, are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. The balance of the reservation will either be forgiven or issued as a gift certificate based on the sole discretion of TimberCreek.
