Queen Anne's is an 1982 Victorian home conveniently located on 7th Street within walking distance of Eastern Illinois University, Charleston schools, and the city square. We offer a home atmosphere for travelers that are here on business, those visiting local areas of interest, and parents wishing to visit their university student or to attend university events.

The Room with a Loft has a full size bed accented with hand-painted rose lamps, and an antique mirrored dresser. Attached by a beautiful open staircase is an adjoining loft that has a small sitting area with TV/VCR and twin beds. An additional 3rd room, a small multi-purpose room, contains a microwave, dorm-size refrigerator, and a small table for eating or working puzzles and is for private use of guests reserving The Room With a Loft.

Private bath with whirlpool tub/shower combo. Dataport, telephone. This room works especially well for two traveling companions requiring separate beds, for a family with children over 12 years old, or for a couple. Although this room will accommodate two couples, for your comfort we suggest booking two rooms. The room rate is $119 plus tax for two guests. Add $20 for each additional guest.

Rose Room (queen bed):
The Rose Room is decorated with miniature roses and a Victorian doll border. The queen-size bed is flanked with beaded lamps. The attached private bath has a tub/shower combo and has plenty of space to spread out those necessities. TV/VCR, dataport, telephone, shared kitchenette.
The room rate is $99 plus tax for two guests.
This room is available for the Corporate Rate
Sunday through Thursday at $84 plus tax.

The Blue Room-Queen Anne's on 7th Street Bed & Breakfast-Charleston, Illinois

Blue Room (queen bed):
The Blue Room is highlighted with its queen size brass bed, victorian glass prism accent lamps. TV/VCR, dataport, telephone, shared kitchenette. Private attached bath with a shower with directional spouts for a little something different!
The room rate is $99 plus tax for two guests.
This room is available for the Corporate Rate
Sunday through Thursday at $84 plus tax.

Ivory Room (queen bed):
The Ivory Room is available when the Rose and Blue rooms are booked or for guests who cannot climb stairs. Queen-size bed, TV/VCR, dataport, private kitchenette. Private attached bath with clawfoot tub/shower.
The room rate is $99 plus tax for 2 guests.
This room is available for the Corporate Rate
Sunday through Thursday at $84 plus tax.

Room rates include guests choice of a continental 'basket' breakfast or a gift certificate to order from the menu at What's Cookin', a restaurant just 3 blocks from the B&B. For 2 night bookings, the gift certificate is given for one morning and the basket breakfast the other morning.
No charges for usage of videos, local telephone calls, or dataports. Donation requested for washer/dryer usage.
A credit card (Mastercard or Visa) will hold your room request. The preferred method of payment at check-in is by cash or check.
Check-In is by arrangement anytime after 3 p.m. Check-Out is by 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel up until 7 days before arrival with only a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days, full charges apply unless we are able to rebook the room.
- Special events require payment-in-full at reservation. If cancellation is necessary for a special event, 50% of the total reservation will be used for the cancellation fee and the remainder refunded only if we are able to re book the room. Some special events require a two-night stay.
