| Introduction |
| The Oscar Swan Country Inn is nestled amid tall trees located at 1800 W. State Street on eight acres of tranquil country. The estate was converted from a private residence of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Harding into a bed-and-breakfast Country inn by Nina and Hans Heymann. The English country mansion, with a fireplace, is filled with antiques, touches of wicker, floral upholstery and rich floor coverings that inspire a homey feeling. A small in ground swimming pool, surrounded by a brick patio and gardens enhance the beautiful landscaped grounds during the summer months. In addition to seven master guest suites, the Inn is available for parties, receptions, and other special events. The Oscar Swan will plan, arrange, and cater these events for you. |

| The country mansions will accommodate wedding ceremonies, dinner parties or any special events. The Gathering, a two level restored barn can accommodate 170 guests all year long for events. A blue slate patio is also located outside the Gathering with beautiful gardens, which makes the ideal location for entertaining from cocktails to dinner. A 30 foot high permanent white tent located in the front garden can accommodate up to 200 plus guests. Outside weddings are truly magnificent on the front grounds. | ||

The Inn serves a full, hearty breakfast. Breakfast is served at 9 am., or earlier if requested, and is prepared buffet style. On warm days, feel free to enjoy breakfast out in our gardens. The breakfast entree changes daily. Freshly baked scones accompany each breakfast along with homemade jams and butter. Coffee, tea and fresh orange juice all morning long. Some of the specialties are French Toast, Blueberry Pancakes with Specialty Syrup, Oscars Signature Eggs, Fresh seasonal fruit, Bread Pudding with Bourbon sauce, Country Baked Bone-in-Ham with a Honey Glaze, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, Herb Roasted Little Red Potatoes. These are just a few of the breakfast items. |
