  • Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be made at least 10 days prior to your stay in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the normal room rate.
  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. unless special arrangements are made ahead of time. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • No pets. Smoking is not allowed in the home and on the immediate grounds.
  • Gift certificates are available. Please call us for details.
  • Outdoor shoes may not be worn inside the home. Please bring slippers or socks.
  • Access to the house is limited to registered guests only.
