Guest Rooms/Rates

A premium room located in the front of our third floor. This spacious room makes use of the angles of the roof to form a soaring ceiling with many and varied angles.

The Clocktower Room features a King bed. Eclectic furnishings grace this room and create our most opulent space. The Clocktower bath features a whirlpool tub for two with shower. Occupants may enjoy a view of the Town Clock while enjoying the whirlpool bath. ($188 plus tax-up to two persons)

Chimney Room

One of our premium rooms, the Chimney Room is large and spacious. There is a fireplace, equipped with a state of the art gas log, in this room.

Easy chairs and an antique desk, wardrobe, King bed and other furniture grace this room. The bath in the Chimney Room features a whirlpool tub for two and shower. ($188 plus tax-up to two persons)

*Eagles' Nest Room* - a 3rd floor, premium room with a Queen bed. The Eagles' Nest is a light and airy room with a mix of antique and new furnishings. Located on the East side of our home, the morning light filters through the tree tops outside the window. The Eagles' Nest bath features a whirlpool tub for two with shower. ($150 plus tax-up to two persons)	*Summit Room* - this premium room, located on our 3rd floor is a cozy room space which makes use of the roof angles for interesting architecture. Furnished with a mix of new and antique furnishings, this room combines both East and West Indian cultures in its decoration. A Queen bed provides spacious sleeping in the Summit. The Summit bath contains a compact whirlpool tub for two. ($150 plus tax-up to two persons)	*Rose Room* - one of our premium rooms, the Rose Room is large and spacious. This intimate room, with a Queen bed, is a favorite of persons enjoying their wedding night, honeymoon or anniversary in style. The Rose Room bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub for two and shower. ($150 plus tax-up to two persons)
*Lilac Room* - probably the quietest room in the house, the Lilac Room is on the back side of our home. A mixture of new and antique furnishings, including Queen bed, adorn this floral room. The Lilac Room bath features a whirlpool tub for two shower. ($150 plus tax-up to two persons)	*Spring Garden Room* - a very spacious room, the Spring Garden is decorated in floral prints. This room, which has dark woodwork, features a state of the art gas log fireplace. Antique dresser, Queen bed, night stand and bed headboard grace this room. The Spring Garden bath has the convenience of a modern, glassed-in, five sided shower. Enjoy the bathroom wainscoting which looks like embossed copper paneling with a patina. ($125 plus tax-up to two persons)	*Sweet Violet Room* - once a sun porch, this light and airy room has windows on two sides. This room is furnished in white wicker and has a Queen bed. The bath in the Sweet Violet Room features a modern, glassed-in, five sided shower. ($125 plus tax-up to two persons)
*Hunt Club Suite* Grand deluxe unit 550 sq. ft. with two fireplaces: living room and bath Wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave 48" wide-screen TV with digital cable and HBO King canopy bed Patio Whirl pool tub for two Separate walk in shower with body sprays, heated towel bar, and heated floor (in heating season) $235 per night (with a 2 night minimum)	*Carriage House Suites* A newly completed renovation of an 1899 carriage house and stable. This houses both the Hunt Club Suite and the Helen Suite with separate private entrances, patios, and off street parking in front of the facility.	*Helen's Suite* ADA approved Suite is 450 sq. ft. with Queen bed and electrified lift chair as part of its bed chamber Digital cable with HBO ADA bath has a shower with foldable transfer seat, roll under bath sink and all other appropriate appointments with heated towel bars and a heated floor (in heating season). Private patio and entrance $150 per night (with a 2 night minimum)

While the Market Street Inn opened in June 1994, our 3rd floor was not completed until July 1998. This area makes use of the soaring roof lines and the cozy nooks and crannies afforded by former attic space. The 3rd floor features a commons area with kitchenette. The architectural lines of each room feature gabled ceilings and beveled windows that are original to this Century-plus house. Myrna designed the space after many hours of research.

Room Rates and Policies:

Room Rates, double occupancy, range from $125 to $235 plus tax.
Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa & American Express accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations will ONLY be held with a credit card or check in advance. Cancellation of reserved rooms must be made one (1) week in advance of scheduled arrival date. Two (2) day minimum stay on holidays.
