| Children have a great time at The Irish Inn, and quite a few have caught their first fish here. They enjoy meeting out resident animals, exploring the forest with their parents, swimming, going to The Chocolate Factory, climbing Trigg Tower, seeing the Indian petroglyphs or drawings at Millstone Bluff or Jackson Hollow and Shawnee Chief Tecumseh’s statue at Glenn O. Jones Lake, or riding a horse for the first time. Well supervised kids are always welcome at The Irish Inn. On rainy or cold days, there are puzzles to work, videos to watch, and many board games to play at The Irish Inn. Some Moms have even given their kids baking lessons in our kitchen, making up brownies or cookies, and we are lucky to have some art created by children who visited here. Please tell us your children’s ages at time of reservation, so we can make activity suggestions. |
