Weddings
A Truly Unique Setting for that Special Day!
Have your outdoor wedding on our labyrinth with guests encircling the bridal party. Picture the bride slowly walking the winding path as her husband-to-be waits in the center! This grand old estate, which includes a bed-and-breakfast and sculpture garden, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Both the house and beautifully landscaped grounds offer numerous picturesque photo opportunities. An ideal setting for music — harp, bagpipe, flute, acoustic guitar, or a string quartet.
Tent and tables are available to hold a cake and champagne/punch reception or catered dinner. Our grounds comfortably fit a maximum of 100 guests. Indoor weddings with up to 40 guests may be held in the Library. Five bedrooms are available for the bridal party or family. Hotels for other guests available nearby. Also perfect for bridal or baby showers, birthday or anniversary parties, and family reunions!
Facility Rental Policies
A complementary glass of wine or champagne is provided with some facility rental packages; please inquire.
No other alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
A tour of The Homestead is included, however rooms currently being used by overnight guests will not be available for viewing out of respect for their privacy.
The Homestead is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is allowed on the concrete patio only.
Please note: Entry to the house and upstairs rooms requires the climbing of stairs. The bathrooms have narrow doorways.
Charges are for the rental of the facility only and cover time, staffing, & cleanup.
Food and drinks provided by The Homestead are complementary.
Standard place settings included. Special pieces available at an additional charge.
We are not a restaurant; no gratuity is expected.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or members of your party.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 72 hours of the event you will be charged the full amount.
