Policies
  • We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate children under 18 years of age.
  • Reservations required.
  • Visa/MasterCard & checks accepted.
  • Cancellation policy: If you must cancel within 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of the first night's rate if we are not able to book the room to someone else.
  • Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
  • Check-in 4 - 6 pm; please notify us if you will be arriving late. Check-out by 11 am.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
  • Please be considerate of other guests staying at The Homestead.
  • Complementary wine or champagne is provided with some accommodation packages.
  • No other alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
  • The Homestead is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is allowed on the concrete patio only.
  • Please note: Entry to the house and bedrooms requires the climbing of stairs. The bathrooms have narrow doorways.
  • This is a decorator's show house! All furnishings described or shown in photos, whether printed or on our Web site, are available for purchase and therefore subject to change.
