Policies
  • Well-behaved children are welcome (on a case by case basis and in some of the rooms). We reserve the right to refuse service to those whose behavior is detrimental to our home!
  • All room rates are subject to change (USD American Dollars). Tax is additional to all prices quoted.
  • A deposit equal to first nights stay plus one half of the remainder nights is required to hold a suite. Refund of deposit less $20 handling fee if cancellation is made 7 days (168 hours) before stated arrival time.
  • On cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled arrival time, a gift certificate in the deposit amount (less $20 handling fee) may be requested. The gift certificate is good for one year from cancellation date. Otherwise deposit is forfeited.
