• Your hosts are constantly upgrading and adding amenities to the Inn and grounds, some descriptions may vary.
  
• Our cancellation policy requires 7 days notice prior to 3:00 p.m. of reserved date for refunds.
  
• Check-in times are from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. by special arrangement only, please call for details.
  
• Check-out time is 11:30 a.m.
  
• The Goldmoor has handicapped accessible suites. Please call for details.
  
• The Goldmoor staff is flexible regarding pets and children.
  
• The Goldmoor staff is delighted to provide the extras, such as flowers or wine, that you may desire. We will attempt to accommodate your requests.
  

Reservation and Deposit Policy

• Full payment by check, money order, gift certificate or credit card is due fourteen days (14) prior to your stay date. If the reservation is made less than two weeks prior to arrival, full payment is due by credit card at the time of the reservation if the transaction occurs on the telephone, or by check, money order, gift certificate or credit card if the transaction occurs in person. A $50 charge for cancellation may apply.

Room Cancellation Policy

• Unless a 14 day notice of room cancellation is given, room payment will be charged. A cancellation number will be issued on all cancellations, and should be referred to in future reference to this cancellation. If cancellation is made less than 14 days from the reservation date, The Goldmoor will issue a gift certificate for the full amount of that stay to be used at any later time up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, by the guest, subject to availability. When reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day notice of cancellation is required. A $50 service fee may be charged. Gift certificates are allowed one cancellation or change of date without penalty.

Winter Storm Policy

• In the event of a severe winter storm, it may be permissible to cancel a room reservation with less than 14 days advance notice as determined by The Goldmoor management. A gift certificate will be issued and may be used at your convenience subject to availability, expires 1 year from date of issue.

Smoking Policy

• No pipes or cigars are permitted in The Goldmoor. We would appreciate your refraining from cigarette smoking in our public areas. Smoking is permitted on our grounds and in our designated areas.
