With dedication to culinary excellence, the Arcola Flower Patch and Diamond House Bed & Breakfast have managed to create the premiere, fine-dining experience in East Central Illinois. These six-course dinners showcase some of the B&B's finest recipes, providing guests and others an opportunity for an exhibition of rare and exceptional quality. It's all about a no-pressure, intimate, elegant setting, which offers a relaxing, take-time-and-enjoy-yourself ambiance.

Fresh, fresh and, most of all, fresh: this is our motto. We hand select our own meats, fruits, and vegetables. The use of our extensive herb gardens and the local Amish farmers' markets allow us to create dishes that satisfy even the most refined palates. The inspiration that goes into the preparation spills over into the exciting presentation as well. Flowers from the garden add color, beauty, and texture to achieve what has been referred to as a "culinary fireworks display."
