Introduction

"In less than an hour, and in many instances, within a half hour, you can be on the shores to two of the best steelhead and salmon fishing rivers in the Pacific Northwest. With the Salmon River to the south, and the famous Clearwater River to the north, the Prairie that lies between is also home to record book whitetail dee and elk hunting." (quote: Mayor Roger Rigger, Craigmont, Idaho)

In the woods of North Central Idaho, lies a log cabin homestead, built in 1895 -- a quaint and quiet place. A bunkhouse getaway from the weary world, no phone, no computer, and news from the outside world only if you want it. Sunrises that bring joy to a morning, sunsets that take the breath away, and stars that you can reach out and touch. Camas Field
