Policies

  • Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one night's stay.
  • For stays longer than two nights, we require a deposit of one half the reservation total.
  • Reservations can be secured by a personal check or credit card.
  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
  • With at least 7 days notice, we will gladly refund your deposit, if the room can be rented.
  • Less than 48 hours notice will be subject to billing for the amount of the reserved nights.
  • The Inn and its location are not suited for small children.
  • We are a non-smoking inn.
  • Pets by special arrangement only.
  • Check-In: 3 - 6 p.m.; Check-Out: 11 a.m. Exceptions must be pre-arranged.
  • Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, with a $15 charge for each additional person.
  • Rates do not include taxes or gratuities.
  • Room rates may be higher during holidays or special events and are subject to change without notice.
