We offer 5 guestrooms - each has its own private bath, internet access, writing desk, relaxed seating, TV, alarm clock, music player, walk-in closet for storage, and small private refrigerator.

The 1st floor offers a master suite with fireplace. The 2nd floor offers another large master suite with fireplace and three other guestrooms. We also have an available fax and copy machine.

Enjoy your business stay in elegance and class! Provide out of town business associates with a memorable and unique place to stay in the Des Moines Metro area! Hold small business meetings or special events for your employees in the comfort and relaxation of this beautiful home.

Rates and Policies:

We're always ready to take special requests to meet any of your needs.
We serve dessert every afternoon and full breakfast around 9 AM.

Rates: Single ~ $95 - $135; Double ~ $142.50 - $225.00
Social Event Rentals: $50 per 3-4 hour event. Plus negotiated cost of use of serving dishes and/or prepared food as arranged with our Chef.
Price does not include state sales tax.
