Pines On The Prairie Bed and Breakfast

What a beautiful, comfortable B&B! Well appointed, comfort-able bed, good cookies, lots of hot water and most of all gentle, relaxing atmosphere! We were amazed at the thoughtfulness of Donovan and LeAnn. My wife, in-laws did not want to leave. I loved the old, re-claimed wood for the headboard and trim, very nice! (How much to stay for a month or two?)

We enjoyed our stay very much! A special highlight was seeing my kids faces when they entered the Pine Loft...what a neat room! Feeding and playing with the animals was so fun!

What a treat for the kids to wake up and run outside to play right away ~ much more fun than looking at the four walls of a hotel room! The kids loved the animals, the tree house and the play house. The parents enjoyed the peaceful country atmosphere and watching their children have fun. Thanks for treating us like family!

Donovan and LeAnn set the tone for the whole experience - personable, unhurried, accommodating and gracious. We loved the porch swing, tree swing and tree house! It was wonderful to wake to an exquisite quiche with asparagus fresh from the garden and fresh strawberries. Going for a run in the country and retuning to cool off on the tree swing…real country living!

We took a nap, went for a stroll and visited the animals. Had a great time playing 'Yahtzee'...our son, Mike won 3 out of 4 games!. This was a fun trip, visiting Iowa, and traveling with our two sons! The Pine Loft is very special, thanks so much!

Walking on the trail under moonlite sky was so romantic. Coming up to our room and having Gramma Violet’s cookies waiting for us was awesome...as was the outstanding breakfasts that LeAnn cooked for us! The warm, gracious friendly, trusting, faith-filled people we have met here has been wonderful. Thanks for such a beautiful experience!
