Introduction
Campus B&B is within walking distance of the Iowa State University campus, Iowa State Center, Jack Trice Stadium and Reiman Gardens. Enjoy the bright sunroom or consider hosting a family reunion or retreat in our shady backyard. In cooler seasons, there is always plenty of coffee in front of the fireplace.
Sumptuous chef's choice gourmet breakfasts are served each morning at 8:30 a.m. in the sunny dining room and feature home-baked breads and delicacies using seasonal fruits.
All guest rooms have a private bath, a TV, an iron, hair dryer, shampoo, lotion and bubble bath. Wireless high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the house. A microwave, refrigerator, computer and fax machine are available to guests.
The Manor Suite is a spacious room with a sitting area, queen brass bed, TV/VCR and private bath with a double whirlpool tub and shower. The Garden Room can accommodate up to four people. Or, choose the Buttercup Room, a sunny single room.
Rates and Information
Room rates are $85 single to $125 double occupancy per night plus tax.
There is an additional $25 charge per additional person.
Discounts are available for stays of four or more consecutive days.
To hold a reservation, we require an American Express, Visa or MasterCard number, or a check or cash deposit equal to one night or 1/2 of your stay, whichever is higher.
All cancelled reservations are subject to a $15 processing fee. Cancellation with 10 days or less notice will be charged the full amount of your stay and a transferable gift certificate will be sent to you to come another time. "No-shows" are charged for the full reservation period.
Check-in is 4 - 6 p.m.; 0ther times by pre-arrangement. Check-out is 11 a.m.
