Beautiful antique treasures mingle with the beauty and comfort of today's deep luxurious bedding and sitting area. There is a down comforter on the pillow-topped sleigh bed with piles of soft smooth pillows.

This room features a magnificent antique scrolled high headboard, a deep comfortable chair and ottoman, a down comforter and plush pillows atop a pillow topped mattress.

Immerse yourself in the romantic experience of a lovely canopy bed combined with luxurious comfort as you sink into the pillow-topped mattress and down-filled comforter.

• Annie's Garden is a non-smoking environment. You are welcome to brave the elements to smoke outdoors if you choose.
• You will be greeted by our cat, Sarah, and hope that you will love her as we do, but stress that she will not be seen in the guest areas.
• Check in time begins at 3:30 p.m. If you would like to arrive later than 7 p.m. just call to let us know so that we can be prepared to welcome you.
• Check out time will be at 11 a.m.
• Our rates are $85 per night per room (plus tax will total $92.50)
• A roll away bed is available in room for an additional charge of $15 (and additional tax). We maintain a three guest maximum per room policy.
• We welcome young guests over the age of sixteen.
• At time of reservation we gather credit card information to secure your reservation and to support our cancellation policy.
• We maintain a seven day cancellation policy in which a full refund will be tendered.
• A cancellation within less than seven days of the reservation will incur the $40 deposit per room reserved as a fee.
• A same day cancellation or failure to arrive without notice will incur the full room rate as a cancellation fee.
