Amenities:

  • Each unit's kitchen has rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and traditional mis-matched utensils. All except The Upstairs have a stove.
  • Each unit has a phone, TV, VCR, some porches.
  • Spa in the greenhouse.
  • Wheelchair access in 3 units.
  • Wireless Internet Access.
  • Kid and disability - friendly.
  • You can wash your laundry and hang it in our beautiful greenhouse laundry center.
  • We live right here, so you can borrow stuff. We share books, bikes, umbrellas, basketball hoop, camping gear, videos, advice, local politics, our favorite walks.

Rates & Reservations:

  • $115-$130/night for two, $15 per extra person.
  • Rates do not reflect 11.25% state tax.
  • Stay six days and get the 7th day free.
  • Charge card to hold.
  • 50% charge for cancellation less than two weeks prior to reservation (unless we rebook).
  • $40 surcharge for one night stays, only when we have a one-night gap.
  • We accept cash, traveler's checks, personal checks (US$), Visa, MasterCard.
  • We supply folding futon beds if you want to bring along some extra kids or friends.

Note: We will book you in the unit that best fits your group. If you want a larger unit, we may charge more. We also reserve the right to move you to another unit if we need to accommodate someone with special needs.
