  • All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes (General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 7.25%)
  • Check-in: 3 p.m.; Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • Minimum Stay: 2 nights
  • Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. (Extra person $30 per night).
  • Payment Methods: By Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.
  • Receipt of a 50% deposit will confirm the reservation. Remaining balance payable 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation with 14 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
  • No pets.
