Deposit/Cancellations/Changes:

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $15 per person/per night charge for additional people.
• Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 - 5 people.
• A $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 11.4%.
• Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days may be cancelled.
• Cancellations must be received 45 days before check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee).
• Cancellations less then 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full amount, unless we are able to re-rent your accommodation. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation.
• No refunds for early departure.

• We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express as payment methods.

• We will do 1 - 3 night stays only on short term notice if they fit in.
• There is a $35 cleaning charge for 1 - 3 night stays.
• As a small family owned business it is our policy to make sure our guests are happy.
• We ask that your children be at least 12 years old if you would like to stay in one of our suites. If you have children 6 -12 years, please consider the Country Cottage, which is great for a fun family vacation.
