Policies
Deposit/Cancellations/Changes:
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $15 per person/per night charge for additional people.
Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 people.
A security deposit is required at the time of booking.
Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 11.4%.
Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days may be cancelled.
Cancellations/changes must be received 30 days before check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee).
There is a cancellation penalty of an amount equal to 50% of the total fee (including the deposit), for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for early departure.
