Kapaa, Hawaii is located on the northern shore of Kauai, and is home to many homey B&B establishments. A popular local event in Kapaa is one of the many slack key guitar and ukulele concerts at the Kauai Community Center. Every February there is a local hula recital named Leilani's Hula Hoike which features local artists as well as art and food for sale.
