Introduction

Kanela Kai Studio - Kailua, Hawaii Kanela Kai is a studio attached to a canal-front home in Kailua, Oahu. This bright, air-conditioned room (approximately 275 square feet) has a private entrance and bath. The studio looks out onto a tropical garden.

A paddle down the canal takes you to a habitat for green sea turtles. A paddle up the canal takes you to Kawainui Marsh, a wetland home to several species of endangered Hawaiian waterbirds.

We are located one mile from the secluded north end of Kailua Beach. The beach park and Lanikai Beach are a few minutes drive away (2.5 miles). Honolulu, Waikiki, and the airport are a 30 minute drive. All Oahu tourist attractions are no more than an hour's drive from us. Kick off your shoes and explore paradise from Kanela Kai!

Rates and Policies
  • The direct booking rate is $95 per night plus 11.96% tax for two people. A stocked, starter breakfast is included. Breakfast is self-serve, so you can eat at your convenience. There are no other fees.
  • Three night minimum stay. Two-night stay possible if there are two open nights between bookings - please inquire. $105/night plus tax for two-night stays.
  • Check-in: 3 pm; check-out: 10 am. For alternative times please request in advance.
  • A Deposit is required within one week of making the reservation. Sorry, we don't accept credit cards.
  • For deposit refund (less $35 fee), cancellation must be made 30 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Absolutely no smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
