Policies
  • These rates are based on 7-night rental term, and double occupancy. Please inquire for rates based upon other lengths of stay.
  • Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time.
  • Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (whichever is greater) processing fee.
  • Each stay requires a cleaning/damage deposit. This deposit is will be mailed back to you after inspection.
