From Dec 20 - Jan 5 and during the Merrie Monarch Festival in March/April there is a three night minimum stay on all rooms.
Winter holiday reservations (Dec 20 - Jan 5) require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable after Sept 25.
Merrie Monarch reservations are non-refundable after Feb 1.
Payment And Cancellation
A one night stay deposit is required to secure reservation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, traveler's checks, money orders or personal checks (must be US bank and only for the
deposit; balance must be paid in other form).
If you cancel two weeks prior to your arrival date we will refund 75% of your deposit.
No refunds will be given for shorter cancellations.
Holidays are an exception to this policy, please see holiday information.
Should your stay be longer than one week, we require a 50% deposit for the length of the stay and the balance is due at check-in.
Early check-outs are non-refundable, unless your room can be re-booked.
Minimum Stays - All rooms except the Royal Hibiscus room have a two night minimum stay.
Smoking policy - The safety and comfort of all our guests is of utmost importance to us; as such we have a no-smoking policy inside the main house, bungalow and rooms. Guests who wish to smoke are invited to do so outside.
Other/General Information
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please contact us prior to your arrival for special arrangements.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m.
Please notify us of any special dietary needs at the time of your reservation.
