The Rainbow Room features a California king bed, private bath, balcony, walk-in closet, sitting area with wood slab table and several chairs. $100 per night double occupancy. It overlooks the courtyard with waterfall and hot tub, as well as our tropically landscaped 3-acre yard. The Orchid Room features a queen bed, sitting area with two chairs. With windows on three sides, it has views of our tropical landscape. $90 per night double occupancy. The Garden Room is newly remodeled. It is a large ground floor room that features a king bed, reading area with a double futon and a "window seat" with a single futon. The private bath has a jacuzzi tub and a custom turtle mosaic. This room includes a ramp, making it wheelchair friendly. It can accommodate 5 people. $115 per night double occupancy. Our Policies: All rates are double occupancy Hawaii taxes 11.2% Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free. $15 surcharge per night for one night stay. First two children under 10 free. $100 deposit to confirm reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks and traveler's checks. Personal checks must be received within one week of phone confirmation. If cancellation is more than 30 days in advance, deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days in advance, deposit is forfeited unless room is rebooked. A $20 rebooking/handling fee applies to all cancellations. For stays during the Merrie Monarch Festival we require a 50% deposit; refunds available if cancellation is by January 31. No refunds for early departures. Check in: 3 to 6 pm; other times are possible if arranged in advance. Check out: 11 AM. No smokers please. No smoking in the house or on the grounds.
