This lakeside haven is situated directly on a peninsula of Lake Hartwell, with a 180-degree distinctive view of the lake. The manor house is a newly constructed heirloom quality home designed by Stephen Fuller in the Federal style. The home blends traditional with custom into its own unique style. Accents such as marble vanities, transom windows with tall ceilings all combine within its composition to provide a warm and inviting ambiance within this stately home.

Sitting on the dock, wasting time. Walking on the beach or exploring the lake for the best view of all. There's ample room for sunning, fishing, walking, or lounging. It's truly a paradise for merely enjoying the simple pleasures of a majestic morning sunrise listening to the birds or a peaceful evening sunset hearing the crickets. The Appalachian Mountains can be seen from high points around the lake, Scenic summer and fall drives are practical. Ski resorts are but an hour or two away. If you enjoy exploring the Southern mountains and foothills, or the plains and white sand beaches of Georgia and South Carolina, this can be your headquarters.

Guest Information Rates: Manor House-$115 to $165 Cottage-$95 to $320. Weekly rates are available. We are a non-smoking facility Children welcome No pets, please; dog in residence Stays of 3 nights or less require full payment when reservation is made. Stays of 4 or more nights require 50% deposit when reservation is made with balance due upon arrival. A 15-day notice is required to shorten or cancel a reservation. A refund will be made only if cancellation is received 15 days before the arrival date. In the event of shorter notice a refund may be made if the entire reservation period is rebooked without loss to the inn. A 10% service fee on total reservation will be deducted on all refunds given.
