Travel weary? Stop and relax at Shalom House Bed & Breakfast, located 8 miles off I-75 and 10 minutes from Tifton, Georgia, which has been one of America's top 100 small towns, several times. We are only 12 miles to Sylvester, Georgia.

This quiet country retreat is a family style bed and breakfast. If you're looking for a unique experience in B&B's, this is just the place for you. We're an operating family house with a great private cabin fully furnished with kitchen and bath. Or you might prefer a room in the main house.

Shalom House Bed & Breakfast - Tifton, Georgia

Shalom House Bed & Breakfast is only 10 minutes to Tifton. We are 4 hours from Orlando, 3 hours from
Atlanta, 2 hours from Silver Springs, 1 1/2 hours from Okeefenokee, and 2 1/2 hours from Jekyll Island.

The Cabin

800 square foot cabin with kitchen, bath, and loft. The cabin is complete with fireplace, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and tankless hot water. The pond house is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and a VCR. Queen, Double, and two twin beds, sleep 6. The pond house is ideal for small retreats, family gatherings, or special parties.

Main House - (soon to be opened)

  • Leopard Room: has a private bath with tub/shower unit, furnished with satellite television and Queen bed.
  • Quilt Room: No bath ensuite, but you will have a bath to use privately just next door. Furnished with satellite television and Queen bed.

Rates and Policies
  • The Pond House is $100/day for two guests.
  • Please add $15 for each additional guest.
  • A deposit is necessary to secure your room.
  • You may send a check or you may pay with credit card by giving us a call.
  • We also accept paypal at this address: shalomhousebnb@gmail.com.
  • For extended stays, please call for availability and rates.
  • Out of respect for our non-smoking guests we ask that you smoke only outside in a private area.
