The Darien Welcome Center, located on the Waterfront Park on the Darien River, has been welcoming visitors to the area for over 30 years. This beautiful park has a boardwalk where the shrimp boat fleets dock, picnic tables and public docks for fishing where the Blessing of the Fleet festival is held annually. This should be your first stop in the area where you can pick up a wealth of information for the attractions in the area, restaurant guides, and more.
