Your hosts at Rose Hill are Grace & Steve Groth. Come let them pamper you as you relax by one of the two fireplaces, rock on the extensive deck while listening to the rustle of our stream, or enjoy a classic movie in the home theater.

We are located within easy driving distance to several PGA approved golf courses, Dahlonega, Helen, Toccoa, outlet shopping, Lake Lanier, and many other attractions.
We offer four spacious, well-appointed guest rooms. Three of the rooms have king-sized bed, and one has two double beds. We also have a two bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. The apartment is handicap accessible. A full gourmet breakfast is included in the room rates each morning.
- Nightly rates are $120 for the guest rooms, and $150 for the apartment.
- Rose Hill is a non-smoking facility
