The Queen Anne Inn is a historical bed and breakfast inn located in the heart of Augusta's Historic District known as Olde Town.
	This 3-story Queen Anne Victorian has stained-glass windows and ornate woodwork. It is located 3 blocks from the Savannah River and Augusta's Riverwalk. The inn overlooks historic Greene Street with it's azalea-lined island in the middle. The inn is shaded by a beautiful Oak and a towering Sycamore tree.
Fabulous Amenities... Amenities include a deluxe continental breakfast which can be tailored to suit dietary needs. The selection is offered on a plant-filled, sunny, enclosed veranda with gingerbread shingles. There is a guest refrigerator that is stocked with snacks and beverages. There is also a stove and microwave for light cooking. The Inn has 7 rooms tastefully decorated with Victorian furnishings and most have fireplaces. You might want our Whirlpool Suite, or a heart-shaped (2 person) jacuzzi tub. Guest rooms have cable TV and some have VCR's. We have a "celebration" suite as well as a separate "family-fun" suite with games and other added features. We want to make your stay at the Queen Anne Inn a magical and memorable occasion.

You will also find a selection of books, current magazines and a daily newspaper for your perusal. There is also a guest parlor to relax in by the fireplace or with a glass of ice-tea depending on the season! Feel at home to watch TV or make a call (local calls are complimentary). We do have a limited selection of videos for your viewing as well.

The Queen Anne Inn is also available for groups ( family get-togethers, reunions, parties, and weddings). It can be booked by the day or as a "rent the Inn" package. We offer various packages for special occasions. Small wedding ceremonies are held in the front rooms of the inn. Receptions and other parties by arrangement. Call for prices and options.
